ARTs AND ENTERTAINMENT

COLUMBIA: Sept. 27 and 28 Columbia Festival of the Arts is showcasing more than 40 performances of jazz, classical music, modern dance, children's theater, ballet and Latino music that will play on three stages, free of charge. Americamanta (music of the Andes) will perform 10 a.m., Saturday and 11 a.m., Sunday. To dance to the beat of Latin jazz, Sepantha will perform at 11:30 a.m., Saturday at at the Courthouse Square Stage.
